Kenchii 30-Day Unlimited Warranty

Kenchii proudly offers a 30-Day Unlimited Warranty on all products. You may return items within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in their original packaging. A dated proof of purchase must accompany your return.

• Returns without original packaging incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Return shipping costs are covered by Kenchii if the return is due to our error (e.g., receiving an incorrect item).
• For exchanges within the 30-day period, customers are responsible for subsequent shipping fees.

Kenchii Limited Product Warranty

For products outside the 30-day warranty window, including Styling Tools, Accessories, Apparel, and Brushes, items must be sent to Kenchii for a manufacturer defect evaluation to determine warranty eligibility.

• Warranty eligibility is determined at the discretion of our repair team.
• Products not meeting warranty requirements may incur repair or exchange fees.
• All domestic warranty submissions are subject to a $10.50 return shipping fee.

Fab Pants

Defective Fab Pants are eligible for return within a 15-day return window. Returns are accepted only if the garment is unworn and in its original packaging.

Kenchii Lifetime Warranty

Kenchii offers a Lifetime Warranty on manufacturer’s defects related to the shear mechanism and handle integrity.

• Blade edges are not covered outside the 30-day return window and may incur repair and return shipping fees.
• The warranty does not cover issues caused by general usage, neglect, or damage by another sharpener.
• Proper maintenance of shear blades is essential for longevity.
• Shears must be submitted to Kenchii for a manufacturer defect evaluation. Products not meeting requirements may incur repair or exchange fees, with eligibility determined by our repair team.

Flash Clipper One-Year Limited Warranty

Beyond the 30-Day Unlimited Warranty, Flash Clippers are covered by a One-Year Limited Warranty for manufacturer defects.

• Clippers must be sent to Kenchii for a manufacturer defect evaluation to determine warranty eligibility.
• Products not meeting requirements are subject to a flat rate repair fee of $25.
• All domestic Flash Clipper warranty submissions incur a flat rate $15 return shipping fee.
