Download Route's mobile app for real-time tracking and notifications.

What if my order never arrives or is stolen?

To protect your order against loss or theft, add Route+ package protection at checkout. Claims are reviewed for approval within 24 hours.

Add Route+ at checkout to protect against shipping damage. Claims for damaged items are processed within 24 hours.

How do I file a claim?

If you insured with Route+, use the confirmation email link or file here. Have your Order ID or Route Order ID ready.

Note: Claims require order details for processing.

Claim Policies

Stuck In Transit (Lost)
• US/Canada: 7-30 days from last update
• International: 20-60 days from last update
Marked As Delivered (Stolen)
• File 5-15 days from delivery mark
• Orders over $100 USD require police report
Damaged
• Include photos of package and item (required)

Does Route+ cover stolen items?

Yes! Stolen items are eligible for reorders or refunds when insured with Route+.

Is Route a licensed insurance company?

Yes. Route is licensed and partners with Lloyd's of London for shipping insurance.
