• How do I contact Kenchii™?

• Does Kenchii™ ship internationally?

Yes.  However, any additional tariffs/fees will reside with the country that the product(s) are being sent to.

 

• Do the Flash™ Clipper blades work with other clipper brands?

No.  The Flash™ Clipper blades are proprietary to the Flash™ products. 

 

• How long does it take to sharpen my shears?

Please contact us at info@kenchii.com for a present turnaround time for your sharpening (standard turnaround time is 3 to 4 weeks).  For more information, please visit our Sharpening Page.

 

• Do I have a warranty on my shears?

Yes!  Please visit our Warranty Page to activate your warranty.  

 

• What if my country's currency is not an option for purchasing products with Kenchii™?
