Returns Policy
You may return items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. A dated proof of purchase must accompany your return.
Important: Returns without original packaging incur a 20% restocking fee.
Kenchii covers return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (incorrect item, etc.).
Refund Timeline: Expect refunds within 4 weeks of shipping your return, though often faster:
- Shipper transit: 5-10 business days
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Bank processing: 5-10 business days
Return Process: A return authorization number from Kenchii customer service is REQUIRED for all returns, exchanges, and replacements.
